About Us

Investigator

Kala Penticuff is a Licensed Private Investigator practicing in southern Colorado. She specializes in skip tracing, asset searches, and process service. She also takes on private elder abuse and neglect cases. Prior to establishing herself as an investigator, she worked at a busy personal injury law firm managing a caseload of 150-200 cases at any given time. As a paralegal, she handled a wide range of cases including workers' compensation, auto accidents, premises liability, dog bites, slip and falls, and wrongful death. She now uses this experience to inform her investigations.
